The Original Little India, Family-run, Since 1998
Founded by the Baidwan family in 1998, Little India Restaurant & Bar has been voted “Best Indian Restaurant” and “Best Lunch Buffet” for 16 consecutive years. Our story began with a love of cooking and a promise to bring the true taste of India to Denver—with warmth, consistency, and craft.
For more than two decades, Little India of Denver has welcomed our neighbors with warm service and authentic Indian cuisine from slow-simmered curries and fragrant biryani to char-kissed tandoori grills and crowd-favorite Indian street food. We roast our own Indian spice blends in-house and bake breads in a traditional tandoor (clay oven) for deep, smoky flavor you can’t duplicate in a standard kitchen. It’s a big reason local critics and guests have called us one of Denver’s best Indian restaurants for years.
We opened Little India with a simple idea: cook the food we grew up loving and share it with Denver, just the way our families taught us patiently, from scratch, and always with hospitality. Today, our kitchens still hand-grind spices, simmer sauces low and slow, and pull blistered naan straight from the oven to your table. We match classic techniques with modern convenience—dine-in, takeout, delivery, and catering—so you can enjoy a true taste of India any night of the week.
Others can only make claims, but we have actually brought a little piece of India to the heart of Denver! So, join us soon for an experience that mingles exotic and simple tastes to unforgettable effects.
