For those with specific dietary needs, vegetarian specials are available in a selection of appetizers, soups, salads, and entrees from Jaipuri samosa and dal soup to navratan korma, alu gobi, and vegetable curry. We also offer vegan dishes that include mushroom matter, channa masala, and Tarka Daal.
Our entrees are gluten-free and served with freshly prepared tamarind and mint-cilantro chutneys. Each is baked to order in the Tandoor (clay oven) over mesquite charcoal. Masalas involve preparation that includes careful seasoning with an exotic blend of spices that include cardamom, clove, and cumin. Little India curries are made traditionally and include curry spices, ginger, and tomato. Menu items also feature saags, korma, vindaloos, and many more mouthwatering entrees.
